ESTATE ROOMS
For the renovation of the kitchen and living suite in this Traditional Estate home, our goal was to create a clean, modern aesthetic while honoring its historic character. The client sought a refreshed interior that embraced simplicity without losing the home’s timeless elegance.
A key challenge was balancing the traditional layout and existing windows with a contemporary material palette. To achieve this, we removed the bulky cabinetry that once separated the kitchen and living room, opting for a more open and fluid design. This transformation enhances connectivity between spaces, fostering a sense of warmth and cohesion.
A refined selection of soft whites and warm, natural materials amplifies the home’s abundant natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The result is a space that feels both modern and classic—blending contemporary sophistication with the estate’s rich architectural heritage.
