HIGHRISE LUXURY

Some 30 floors above the city, we started with a raw concrete slab and transformed it into an elegant, light-filled apartment, celebrating the panoramic views beyond.

Upon arrival, the design immediately reveals a carefully choreographed entry sequence, gradually unveiling vistas of the downtown skyline with views to Lake Michigan in the distance.

At its epicenter is a custom-designed jewel box, a wine cellar, anchoring one end of a ‘Grand Salon’ and set behind an exquisitely crafted screen wall of Walnut and Architectural Antique Bronze.

Rejecting convention, the plan offers uninterrupted 270-degree views celebrating the perimeter, the edge, resulting in a sophisticated urban retreat that elevates everyday living through light, proportion, and a refined attention to detail.
